Mavluda Makhmudova

Country Representative, Tajikistan

Mavluda Makhmudova has been working within health care systems management for over 20 year, She has expertise in strategy formulation, policy development, budgeting and planning, provision of technical assistance and capacity building.
Mavluda is the author and co-author of several publications concerning drug management and prescribing patterns. During the period 2006-2014, she participated actively in GDF/WHO monitoring Missions.

Nowadays, she is working in close collaboration with government ministries, donors agencies and other international and local CSOs (Civil Society Organizations) in TB control prevention and treatment, including making decisions on introduction of new anti-TB drugs regimens in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Mavluda was the Country Director of the KNCV-led, USAID-funded Challenge TB project (2014-2019) in Tajikistan. Currently she is the Country Representative of KNCV in Tajikistan.
