Netty Kamp, Consultant PPM
Netty Kamp is a Senior Advisor in tuberculosis (TB) control, specialized in health and community systems to achieve quality patient centered service delivery care through public services (National TB Program, NTP) and through private partners like non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the private sector.
Netty has nearly 30 years of experience working in-country and regionally and as a short term consultant in the areas of strategic planning and program management for TB, health, and community systems. She invests her broad expertise in a wide range of countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America, taking a comprehensive approach to healthcare which includes engaging communities and initiating public-private partnerships.
Netty has worked in TB control for KNCV since 2003, including work in TB/HIV, vulnerable populations, like urban poor, the mining and industrial sector, and in penitentiaries, to name a few. Netty is also passionate about advocacy and experienced in policy development: she has served two terms as elected Chair of the Stop TB Partnership’s Sub Working group on Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization.
