ASCENT project launches new website

The Unitaid-funded ASCENT (Adherence Support Coalition to End TB) project has launched its official website: https://www.digitaladherence.org/ On this site you can find news and information on this innovative project, that aims to help patients succeed in TB treatment using digital adherence technologies such as smart pill boxes, medication sleeves and video supported treatment.

ASCENT is led by KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation in consortium with PATH, the Aurum Institute and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. The project is implemented in Ethiopia, Tanzania, the Philippines, South Africa and Ukraine, reaching nearly 70.000 patients. The first patients will be enrolled this year.
