There are approximately 14 vaccine candidates for tuberculosis (TB). Over the upcoming 10 years these need to be tested in clinical trials. To support the identification of suitable trial sites, KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation joined forces with TBVI to develop a directory of clinical trial sites in sub-Saharan Africa.
This directory provides a comprehensive overview of trial sites and their capacity to conduct studies on TB vaccines. The directory was commissioned by EDCTP and developed by KNCV and TBVI.
